The International Society for 3D Technologies in Hospitals (“IS3DTH”) is aware of the importance of current regulations on privacy and data protection. In this regard, we are concerned with protecting the security, integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of the data provided by our users, customers, or suppliers, acting responsibly and transparently in this regard.

We also describe the purposes for which we process the personal data collected through the website https://www.is3dth.org (hereinafter, “the Website”), or by email, or postal mail. Where applicable, we will specify whether the data may be used by third parties.

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and, in any case, within one (1) month of receiving your request. In certain circumstances, this period may be extended by a further two (2) months, in which case we will inform you accordingly within one (1) month of receiving your request.

10. Can this Privacy Policy be modified?

IS3DTH reserve the right to modify this Policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law and to respond to organizational and healthcare sector changes. We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy or make substantial changes to it without informing you in advance.
